The establishment of the program, Ed. D. in Educational Leadership, is considered a major achievement. It helps to cultivate highly qualified teachers in grades P-12 and community college. The program helps to train them to deal with the many different situations they will face as classroom teachers. The program is setup to be completed in three years while working.
